What started as a passion for hunting has grown into a business built on experience, hard work, and lasting relationships.

In 2015, Austin began working on a ranch in Carrizo Springs, South Texas, where his longtime friend Brice Daniels was already guiding. Working alongside one another, they spent the following years gaining invaluable experience in the field and building strong relationships with hunters and landowners.

The relationships and reputation they established throughout their guiding careers created the opportunity to build something of their own. In 2019, Austin founded TO Outfitters, with Brice playing an instrumental role in getting the business off the ground. Together, they helped establish the foundation of the operation through their experience, industry connections, and shared passion for hunting.

What began through word of mouth and returning clients has grown into an established Texas outfitting operation, hosting everything from premium corporate hunts to annual trips for returning clients, many of whom have become great friends.

At the heart of TO Outfitters is a dedicated team of guides who share a genuine passion for hunting and the people they meet along the way.

Today, Austin and Brice continue to play an active role in developing and maintaining relationships with ranch owners and clients, while remaining hands-on in the field, guiding hunts and ensuring every guest is well taken care of.

Joining them are guides Zane and Ethan, who have become valued members of the operation over the years. From introducing new clients to TO Outfitters to working alongside hunters in the field, each plays an important role in delivering the experience the business is known for.

Behind every successful hunt is also a network of ranch owners and hardworking individuals who make it all possible. From maintaining quality accommodations to the cooks who travel with the team and prepare hearty meals after a long day in the field, their dedication is an essential part of the TO Outfitters experience.
